Crossing Borders to Ft. Lauderdale -- U.S. Superyacht Association (USSA)
SSA recently met up with Mr. Tim Davey, Chairman of USSA, U.S. Superyacht Association (http://www.USSuperyacht.com)
Mr. Tim Davey
As Chairman of USSA, Mr. Davey works to advance the U. S. superyacht industry as a whole and serves as a coordinated advocate on major issues affecting the industry in the States.
Mr. Davey is also the President of ISS GMT Global Marine Travel (www.flyissgmt.com), a service extended to the yachting community with concessionary sea/air travel from their homes to wherever the vessel is located in the world and back.
Singapore's highly developed physical and business infrastructure, and its strategic position geographically and economically makes it a strong candidate to expand the marina industry.  With Mr. Davey's global marine travel service avail to the yachting community, this gives the crew an added advantage to visiting more destinations from the States. Â
Let's hope the cross-border exchange and awareness a starting point to attracting more superyachts visiting Singapore henceforth.
If you come across an idea to promote or raise awareness of the yachting industry, please do not hesitate to drop SSA an email at
