SSA achievements:
In 2009, SSA made history by organizing the first ever Asia Superyacht Conference held at Singapore’s ONE°15 Marina Club on October 13 – 15.
It saw a resounding success with 150 participants spanning across more than 30 countries!
Receiving high acclaim from attending delegates for the quality and depth of presentations, the conference was highly interactive and identified a number of critical needs for the industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
With greater support, the Asia Superyacht Conference is set to be the premier superyacht event throughout the region, positively moving the nascent industry forward!
It is Asia’s only superyacht conference and is the event that will allow one to identify collaboration opportunities with key industry leaders and influencers.
Vision Forward:
Singapore is attempting to get its own superyacht repair and refit centre.
It is encouraging that some local commercial shipyards do make an effort to take in superyachts for repair and refit services, two of which are members of the Association; taking steps to make Singapore the next destination and hub for superyachts.
There are currently 30 superyacht berths in Singapore which can take yachts up to 280 feet.
Membership:
SSA invites individual and/or organisations to participate in this initiative to spearhead the yachting industry in Singapore.
Consider SSA as your valuable partner for your Superyacht developments in Asia from Singapore.
Membership avails at the Ordinary Member Class only at SGD$2500/=
