The Superyacht Singapore Association (SSA) today announced a new sponsor for its 1st Asia Superyacht Conference to be held 13-14 October in Singapore.
Sevenstar yacht Transport of The Netherlands (www.sevenstar.nl) will sponsor the Networking Drinks Reception as well as fielding a professional team at the event and the delivery of a presentation. Sevenstar’s Jan Maartan Boissevain will make a presentation explaining the importance of international superyacht transport to the development of Asia as a market and the new opportunities that improving transport options provide.
The conference, also sponsored by MTU (www.mtu-online.com) and One15 Marina Club (www.one15marina.com) will be held over two days in Singapore followed by a day of Marina visits, is the first of its kind ever to be held in Asia. The event features over 25 speakers from around the world and aims to outline the opportunity for Asia within the global superyacht market. The agenda will cover both Asia as a superyacht building market and as a cruising destination.
Delegates are now registering for the event and are coming from all over the world. Those interested to attend the conference are reminded that there is a S$200 discount for registrations received before August 31st. A special conference rate of just S$250 is available to current superyacht captains.
