Spinnaker International is pleased to announce their participation in the Singapore Pavilion (Stand 6D30)Â at Cityscape Dubai which will run at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 06 to 09 October 2008.
Spinnaker International specialises in providing management and business solutions to marina developers in the GCC and Asian markets. We are active in the UAE, Qatar and Oman, and are taking the opportunity at Cityscape Dubai to strengthen our ties in the region
We work with marina developers and alongside architects on a project’s business concept and financial feasibility, through to operations, and management. We are the Asia Assessor for the UK-based Yacht Harbour Association’s Gold Anchor Scheme – a marina classification system that is the nautical equivalent of the ‘star’ rating used in the hospitality industry for grading hotels worldwide.
Spinnaker International also represents PacsoftMMS (a leading marina management software solution developed by New Zealand software house Pacsoft International Ltd), and Sealift2, a floating dock system for boat maintenance that frees up valuable waterfront space for higher yielding activity.Â
