SSA's members are bodies (individuals or organizations) which are entirely, substantially or significantly involved in providing facilities, products and/or services to superyachts (a superyacht generally being a professionally crewed leisure vessel of +/-80 feet or more) and/or marketing facilities, products and services that facilitate/improve/promote the development of Singapore as a Superyacht destination and a hub.

Who should become a member?
SSA's members are bodies (individuals or organizations) which are entirely, substantially or significantly involved in providing facilities, products and/or services to superyachts (a superyacht generally being a professionally crewed leisure vessel of +/-80 feet or more) and/or marketing facilities, products and services that facilitate/improve/promote the development of Singapore as a Superyacht destination and a hub.
Membership of SSA is beneficial to all real estate industry participants, including:
- Superyacht Marinas;
- Shipyard for building, repairs, refit of superyachts;
- Superyacht builders;
- Suppliers of superyacht equipment (engines, navigational equipment etc…);
- Suppliers of operation consumables (fuel, lubricants etc…);
- Suppliers of financing services (for superyacht purchases, leases, insurance etc…);
- Superyacht dealers and brokers;
- Suppliers of ancillary services (helicopter transportation services, VIP limousines etc…);
- Suppliers of luxury food, beverages and other related goods;
- Merchants of luxury homes, residences, motorcars etc…
- Consultants to the superyacht industry, naval architects, interior design firms etc;
- Etc…
Terms of Membership
Approval of Membership:
All new memberships are subject to the approval of the Management Board. Upon approval, membership becomes effective on the first day of the month following approval.
Voting Rights:
Only Corporate members are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association, but all members are eligible to participate in the proceedings of the Management Board, the Executive Committee and the Association's Working Committees.
Representatives:
Members who are not individuals must appoint one representative each, together with an alternate, to exercise their rights of membership. Each representative must be an individual who should be a chief executive officer or occupy a senior management position (either executive or non-executive) with the organisation.
Subscription fees (Singapore Dollars):

Ordinary Member S$2,500 S$1,500
Subscriptions are annual and will be renewed on a calendar-year basis.
Payment Method:
Once the Board has approved a membership, the applicant will be notified. An invoice will be sent within 30 days. Payments should be by bank transfer or cheque and the necessary details will be shown on the invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Members wishing to cancel their subscription should do so in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to their membership renewal date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
